I t seems that you do not have to be a musician to steal the copyright of famous artists. You can find effective methods to earn, as long as it is done away from the eyes of the “victims,” at least thought German citizen woman who answers there: “Gabriella” who decided to buy a ticket to one of Eric Clapton’s shows, him she has been a fan for many years.

The incident happened towards the end of the 80s, while she was with her husband on a Honeymoon vacation in the US, and managed to hide a private video camera in the bag used to photograph the show.

The legendary guitarist has filed a lawsuit against the same “Gabriella” to have infringed his copyright. On the other hand, she argued that she did not even know she was infringing copyright.

She shot and recorded this rare video in the late 80s on the “Live USA.” She is now faced with an impossible situation.

The lady, a German resident living in the town of Ratingen, was ordered through the district court in Düsseldorf in Germany to pay Clapton the legal expenses and a total fine of over 400,000 euros or to serve six months in prison.
